1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing Fusion Lodging’s website, mobile site, or making a reservation at any Fusion Lodging hotel or restaurant, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms in full, please do not use our website or book services with us.

2. Scope of Service

Fusion Lodging owns and operates 13 hotels and 2 restaurants along Oregon’s coastline. All reservations made through our website or other booking channels are directly contracted between you and the specific Fusion Lodging property listed in your booking confirmation. We serve both leisure and business travelers and are committed to offering consistent quality across all our properties.

3. Use of the Website

You confirm that you:

1. Are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
2. Will use the website solely to make legitimate reservations for yourself or others you’re authorized to represent.
3. Will provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking.
4. Will secure your login credentials (if applicable) and accept responsibility for any activity under your account.

Any unauthorized commercial use of the website, including scraping, reproduction, or resale of content, is strictly prohibited.

4. Rates, Fees & Taxes

All rates shown are per room, per stay, and generally include applicable local lodging taxes unless otherwise noted.
Discounted or promotional rates may be subject to special restrictions (e.g., non-refundable, minimum stay). Please review rate details carefully before confirming a reservation. We aim to offer the most accurate pricing and may honor lower published rates if reported within 24 hours of booking, subject to verification.

5. Payment & Credit Card Security

Reservations typically require a valid credit card for guarantee. Depending on the rate selected, your card may be pre-authorized or charged immediately, and certain reservations may be non-refundable.
Fusion Lodging implements secure encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect your card information and is PCI-DSS compliant. However, you are advised to check with your card issuer regarding liability for unauthorized transactions.

6. Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

The cancellation and change policy varies by rate type and will be displayed before booking confirmation.
Some reservations—such as Advance Purchase or Promotional Rates—may not allow changes or cancellations.
Failure to arrive without canceling within the allowed window will be considered a no-show, and applicable charges will be applied as outlined in your confirmation.

7. Check-In, Identification & Deposit

• Check-in time: 4 PM PST
• Check-out time: 11 AM PST
• A government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking are required at check-in.
• A security deposit or card authorization may be required to cover incidental charges or damage.

8. Guest Conduct & Damage Responsibility

You are responsible for the behavior of all guests registered under your reservation. You may be charged for:

• Physical damage to property or furnishings
• Excessive cleaning needs
• Disturbances or violations of hotel rules
• Unauthorized pets or smoking in non-smoking rooms

Fusion Lodging reserves the right to terminate your stay without refund for misconduct or policy violations.

9. Accessibility

10. Third-Party Services

Fusion Lodging may link to or work with third-party providers, such as travel agencies or activity booking platforms. Any arrangements made through third parties are governed by their terms. We are not responsible for errors, fees, or policies applied by external providers.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content—including photos, logos, designs, text, and media—is © 2025 Fusion Lodging or its content partners. You may not reproduce or use content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

12. Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, media, or other content, you grant Fusion Lodging a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, distribute, and modify such content. You agree your submissions are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe the rights of any third party.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion Lodging and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity
• Personal injury or property damage, unless due to gross negligence

You agree that your use of our website or services is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fusion Lodging and its employees, officers, and affiliates against claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our website, or violations of law.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

16. Modifications to Terms

Fusion Lodging reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
